Good service great food

Excellent Seafood Pho! I had a large. The bowl was filled with crabmeat, shrimp, fish toast,. It was fantastic.

Really tasty food at a great price. They have the best pho in Rochester and their other entrees are delicious, too. Their menu is pretty short, but everything I have tried has been worth ordering again. It's really small inside, so its often easier to just get take out or delivery than trying to find an open table. If you're not sure what to get, I recommend the meatball pho, the fried squid, and the stir fried flat rice noodles with meat.

One of my favorite places in Rochester. Definitely the best Pho in town. Service is always good and prices are very reasonable.

The first time I had pho was here and it was awesome and inexpensive! I also had some dumplings that were great and the staff is very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

For dinner, I ordered carnitas tacos. While most everything was generously portioned, it did seem that the amount of meat dwindled as I progressed through my 3 tacos. It ended up not mattering as I was fairly full by the time I was done, and everything was delicious and well-seasoned. Husband got the brisket tacos which were also great

Always excellent Pho!

The pho is great! Service was good the time I went (5pm). Although it's a small place, it's very accommodating. The veggies for the pho weren't the freshest but they were still good!

Great food! The outdoor seating is close to a busy street, but the food made it worth it.

Hands down best pho in Rochester NY. Very nice and staff with quick consistent service. Parking is best across the street. It's a small place so you may have to wait a few minutes.

It was absolutely fantastic! The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was flavorful, warm, and filling. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to SEA Restaurant on a cold winter day and grab some pho! The fresh basil, lime, and bean sprouts that you add yourself make it unique to your own preferences and more of an experience than just an ordinary meal.

I love the restaurant. The food was fantastic and the server Kayra was wonderful. I will visit here again.

This place was recommended by a local. I was looking for a quick but tasty bite to eat. Boy, did I find it. I had the spring rolls with peanut sauce and a plate of pad thai. The portions were phenominal and everything was enjoyable. The service was excellent and I look forward to eating there again.

Mmmmmmm the pho here is the best in town hands down.

This space is small but the service is very quick. The servers were nice when we went and patient with our daughter. Our toddler did start pooping her diaper and while the restaurant was really quiet, we asked if she wanted to go to the potty to finish. She yelled "no I'm just pooping!" Again to a very quiet restaurant. Everyone was cool with it so I think it passes the baby friendly test.

From the great service to the unbelievable food: WOW! It was pricey, but just the smell of the beef/steak was amazing. That first taste was the best. Will have to save up for the next visit, but when we go: amen!

Authentic food, huge portions and all for affordable prices! It is so easy to get to off 490 and I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Food was good. Clean place, private bathroom that's clean, cold A/C, friendly staff. Reasons I didn't give 4 or 5 stars is the brisket soup I ordered had no brisket... The meat tasted like roast beef and was thin, like roast beef that comes pre-sliced in a package. Would of rather they said they were out of that soup than give me a meat I didn't order. But will try there again. Noodles were good and broth was flavorful! Calamari was mostly breading and a bit chewy, with no tentacles. I put them in the "brisket" soup to soften it up and was a good combo. I would give it 3.5 stars but will go back and try other food.

Great pho could eat it everyday

Tripe is 'crispy' and easy to bite in. Meatball is bouncy and invites a nice bite. Everything to its perfection. I like my brother to be more sour, it also better brings out the natural sweetness of the beef broth so I always ask for extra limes and they happily provide them. I prefer to call ahead or place an order to go at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and food is always ready within five minutes. Overall great pho, just wish the restaurant was a little nicer inside.

The pho🍜 here is always delightful. Just warms up your soul. Everything is always fresh 💯This location has always been my second go to spot. I usually go to the Sea Restuarant on Mt.Read but this one never disappoints. Customer Service is always spectacular. All the waitresses are nice ❣The only issue I have at this location is SPACE! Hopefully you guys are able to renovate or something soon. I absolutely think you all deserve more space here. Every time I come it's very busy but you might get lucky for an early lunch😁 All- in- all I definitely would reccomend 👍🏾

My friend and I come here so often, the waitress has started memorizing our order. The beef special pho is actually my favorite food. I can eat it for every meal and never get tired of it. Had their spring rolls before and they are amazing as well (both the fresh and fried). If you haven't tried this place I very highly recommend it.

Excellent dining experience. Outstanding food and service. Very unique! Tastes and textures were amazing. Casual, intimate atmosphere. Definitely will return! A gem!

Terrible experience. Ordered food (seafood pho and 4 chicken wings. Told 10-15 mins wait time, it took exactly 1 hour! Observed many others being served during that hour that arrived after me. Finally got food after confusion with multiple people waiting. Returned food because it was cold and noodles were a brick. Waited 10 more minutes to get money back.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times. I love their seafood Pho with extra vegetables. The broth was very tasty as always. Their staff are super friendly and accommodating. There’s only one bathroom in the entire restaurant and it’s not that attractive. If you can overlook the bathroom, then you would definitely enjoy your food experience with them.

Incredible beef pho

SEA is delicious and affordable 👌. Their pho is terrific whether you have it there or take out. if someone is sick in our house we always get the rice porridge. And don't forget the squid appetizer, spicy crispy and delicious.

This is the best Pho I’ve had in Rochester. So comforting and full of flavor!

Best pho in Rochester!

Big into Pho right now for the past year. Tried three other places in Roc so far (multiple times) and was excited to try SEA. I went today and it was super salty. So salty I couldn't really get a taste of the Pho flavor I was looking for. Also wish they had Bank Mi.Service was great. Place was clean. Will go back to try some of the rest of the menu. It was good, just a salty batch maybe??

My favorite pho in the city! Service is wonderful and food comes out fast. If restaurant is full and you don’t wait to wait, take it to go! Just as good at home!

Just had my teeth removed, and SEA had no problem with my request, to blend a bowl of Pho for me. The waitress was very friendly, kind, and very helpful. The beef Pho had very good flavor. Thanks! =]

The pho with tender beef was phenomenal, and a gigantic portion, as well. The traditional condiments were present, Thai basil, bean sprouts, and a lime wedge - absolutely perfect. And cold beer, too. Fast and friendly service.

Everytime I come to Sea I get the XL Brisket Bowl of Pho. It's a guaranteed hit and will never let me down. The broth is amazing, the portions are huge, and the servers are super friendly. I will continue to come here every week.

Relaxed, non-pretentious...Food excellent. Had heard nothing but good things and it didn't disappoint. Fast, attentive service..staff very friendly. Portions more than enough and unless you're a Chilean miner you'll leave with to-go for 3 am stuff.
